Do I really need backups?
Your email list is one of your key revenue generating assets, so you are wise to protect it against loss. Your email marketing provider can usually only recover data if the loss was their error, because their backups are like snapshots of their entire system. So if you get hacked, delete subscribers or misconfigure an automation, you are on your own.
What is the setup process like?
Setup takes just a couple of clicks. You simply connect your Email Marketing Provider with ListLockr and after that, your backups will happen every day, automagically!
Which plan should I choose?
It depends how many days of backups you’d like to keep. The more backups you have, the more time and opportunities to recover lost subscribers. Our Standard plan gives you 10 days of rolling backups, which is ideal for most customers.
How does the subscriber quota work?
The subscriber quota is the total number of subscribers your plan can backup in a day. So our Standard plan will let you backup 25,000 subscribers every day for 10 days. You can choose to ignore unsubscribes and even entire lists/audiences, giving you flexibility to build a backup plan that meets your needs.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or cancel your current plan at any time via your account. You don’t even need to contact us (though we are happy to do it for you if you prefer). If you upgrade, we’ll prorate the unused portion of your current plan towards your new one.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling will stop any future billing renewals – your account will then expire at the end of your currently paid up period your backups will stop. You will then have the opportunity to download a CSV file of your most recent backup for up to 30 days before your backups are securely deleted to comply with privacy laws.
What if it doesn’t work as expected?
If you aren’t happy with ListLockr, we’ll refund your money. Simple as that. We want customers who love ListLockr and who value the protection it provides. If it isn’t working for you, just let us know you need a refund within the first 30 days of the date you signed up for your account and our team will rush your refund to you.
